OOA 8:00 AM of December 22, 2014, personnel of this station led by PInsp Engelbert L Toraldo, OIC, conducted intensification enforcement of RA 7183 (An Act regulating the sale, manufacture, distribution and use of firecrackers and other pyrotechnic devised) particularly against the prohibited and highly charged explosives around the town of Baleno to ensure every store is obeying the rules.
"The traditional gun muzzle (taping) sends a strong message to all gun owners to refrain from firing their guns and help prevent casualties and injuries." -Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina- As part of all-out efforts against the illegal discharge of firearms during the Christmas season, the Philippine National Police (PNP) is holding a nationwide simultaneous taping of muzzle of police firearms today.
